One office, start to finish.
Implants placed by Dr. Marcus Vance and crowns milled in our own lab — no referrals across town, and a written plan before anything begins.
What it is
Implants & crowns
A crown protects a tooth that is cracked, heavily filled or worn. At Northline most crowns are scanned, designed and milled in-house within a single afternoon, so there is no temporary and no second trip.
An implant replaces a missing tooth from the root up. Dr. Vance plans every case on low-dose 3D imaging, places the implant here, and the crown that goes on top is made in the same building.

What to expect
Three steps, no surprises.
Consultation and imaging
A scan and, for implants, a low-dose 3D image. The dentist explains the options and writes the plan down.
Treatment
A crown is usually one visit. An implant is placed, then left to settle for a few months before the crown is fitted.
Follow-up
We check the fit, your bite and your comfort, and show you how to keep it clean.
Common questions
Things people ask.
Does getting an implant hurt? +
The area is numbed, and most people describe the day after as sore rather than painful. The dentist talks you through what to expect, and sedation options are available.
How long does a same-day crown take? +
Most are scanned, milled and fitted within a single afternoon appointment.
Will insurance cover it? +
Plans differ. The front desk checks your cover before you decide and puts the numbers in writing.
