Four fields. Six sections. Your practice, measured.

Tell us about your practice in one minute. We measure what can be measured — where you rank in your town, which practices sit above you, what people near you are searching for, and what your website does when a patient lands on it — and email the whole report back in minutes. Every figure carries where it came from and the day it was taken.

✓WHAT ARRIVES · SIX SECTIONS

  • Your practice as the internet sees it: name, address, phone, hours, categories, rating and reviews
  • Where you actually rank: the map pack and the ordinary results in your town, with the practices above you named
  • What your town is searching for: monthly volumes, what a click costs, and the questions people ask
  • Your website, in plain English: the 24 on-page checks, translated out of jargon
  • Reviews and social: how you compare, which profiles you link to, and what we could not measure
  • The three things to do first: ranked, with the effort, who can do it, and our published price if it is us

Where a source does not answer for your practice, the report says what is missing and why. Nothing is filled in with an estimate.

01 · YOU SUBMIT 02 · WE MEASURE, FROM NAMED SOURCES 03 · THE FULL REPORT, IN MINUTES

Nobody reads it before you do. The report is assembled and sent automatically — a person in Indianapolis reads it and answers when you reply, and that reply is the only thing that starts it.

+CLAIM YOUR BLUEPRINT

No website yet? Type “none” — that's useful to know too, and the other five sections still run.

No sales call. Your report, then at most three short follow-ups you can stop with one click. The findings are yours either way.

It's on its way.

The measurements are running now, and the report is written and sent the moment they finish — usually a couple of minutes, in the inbox you gave us.

No one has read it yet, and that is deliberate. Reply to it and a person in Indianapolis goes through it with you — including the three things below that only a person can judge.

✦SECTION 04, RIGHT NOW · NO EMAIL NEEDED

One section of the report, run live on this page.

This is the taster, and it is honest about being one: it runs section 04 and nothing else. Type your address and we read your home page the way Google and an AI assistant read it — structured data, booking routes, tap-to-call, mobile setup, sharing tags. Findings appear on this page in a few seconds. Nothing is stored and no email is required.

The other five sections need your town and your name to measure, so they only exist in the emailed Blueprint. The check is not the Blueprint. It is one sixth of it, and the sixth that says the least about your patients.

We read one page, once. We do not crawl your site and we do not keep a copy.

✦WHAT LANDS IN YOUR INBOX

Six sections about your practice. Every figure with its source.

The Blueprint is an email, and this is all of it. It is assembled the moment you ask, from the sources named under each section, and it arrives in minutes. Every number carries where it came from and the day it was measured, because a number without those two things is worth nothing to you.

+Every finding says four things, in this order:

  • What we found — measured, with the number
  • What it means for your practice — in patients and money, not jargon
  • What to do about it
  • Whether we can do it — the service and its published starting price, or an honest “you do not need us for this one”
01

Your practice as the internet sees it

Name, address, phone, opening hours, categories, rating and review count — what Google holds about you, set next to what your own page says. A phone number that no longer rings, or a category you never chose, shows up here.

Measured from
Google’s business listing for your practice, read through our search-data provider (DataForSEO) on the day you ask, plus your live home page.
What this section will not do
If no listing can be matched to your practice with confidence, the section says so and reports only what your own page claims. It does not guess.
02

Where you actually rank

Your position in the map pack — the three practices Google shows on the map before anyone scrolls — and in the ordinary results below it, for the searches that matter in your town. The practices sitting above you are named, with their ratings and review counts beside them. Most owners read this section first.

Measured from
Google’s results for your town, measured live on a mobile result set through DataForSEO, on the day you ask.
What this section will not do
A rank is a photograph, not a forecast. It moves, it differs street by street, and we measure it for the town rather than for every address in it. Nothing in the report predicts where you will rank.
03

What people near you are searching for

How many people search for your services in your area each month, what one click costs an advertiser, how the twelve months move, and the questions Google shows those people asking.

Measured from
Google Ads search volume and Google’s “people also ask”, through DataForSEO, on the day you ask.
What this section will not do
Search volume is Google’s own rounded figure for an area. It is not a count of patients you will get, and the report never converts it into one.
04

Your website, in plain English

The 24 on-page checks listed further down this page, translated out of jargon — not “no canonical URL” but “the same page is reachable at several addresses, which splits its own search value”.

Measured from
Your live home page, read once, on the day you ask. It is the same check you can run on this page right now without giving us an email.
What this section will not do
One page, read one time. We do not crawl your site and we do not keep a copy, so a problem that lives three clicks in will not appear here.
05

Your reviews and your social presence

Your rating and review count against the practices ranking above you, and which social profiles your website actually links to.

Measured from
The listing and the results in sections 01 and 02, plus the links found on your home page.
What this section will not do
How often you post, what you post and what it earns in engagement are not in this report. Nothing we can reach measures them honestly, so the section says that plainly instead of estimating. A person can go and look — reply and ask.
06

The three things to do first

Three, ranked by what they do to patient flow. Each one says the effort it takes, who can do it — you, whoever built your site, or us — and our published starting price when the answer is us.

Measured from
Drawn from the findings above. Prices are the starting figures published on our own service pages, and nothing else.
What this section will not do
No revenue figure, no patient count, no guarantee. The exact price for any piece of work is quoted flat and in writing after a call.

Where a source does not answer for your practice, that section says what is missing and why it is missing. Nothing is filled in with an estimate.

✦SECTION 04, LINE BY LINE

24 checks. Every one of them listed.

This is the whole list section 04 works from, and the whole list the instant check above works from — they are the same reader. It reports the ones that apply to your page, problems first, so a clean page gets a shorter answer than a broken one. Nothing is held back for a paid version, because there is no paid version.

01 · FOUND

Whether people and machines can find you at all

  • Whether the page arrives with its content or is assembled in the browser afterwards
  • The title tag — present, and a length Google actually shows
  • Whether the title names the town you are in
  • The meta description — present, and a length that gets displayed
  • One clear H1 heading, not none and not several
  • Structured data that declares a dental practice with an address, phone and hours
  • A canonical URL, so one page is not counted several times
  • Whether the page tells Google not to index it
02 · TRUSTED

Whether the page earns confidence once they arrive

  • Served over HTTPS, so the browser does not mark it as not secure
  • A mobile viewport, so the layout adapts to a phone
  • Alt text on every image
  • Width and height on images, so the page does not jump while pictures load
  • Whether images far down the page wait to load
  • How many separate scripts the page loads
  • How heavy the HTML is before a single image arrives
  • Open Graph tags, so a shared link shows a title and a picture
  • Links to your social profiles
  • Whether patient reviews appear on the home page
03 · BOOKED

Whether a ready patient can actually act

  • A tap-to-call phone number
  • An online booking route
  • A contact form
  • A link to your Google listing or a map
  • Opening hours on the page
  • Anything about emergencies or same-day visits

→WHAT A REPLY TRIGGERS

Three things no machine can honestly judge.

The six sections are measured and sent without anyone being involved, which is why they arrive in minutes. These three are not in the report, because they cannot be done by measurement — and we are not going to claim someone did them when nobody did. Reply to your Blueprint and ask, and a person does them by hand.

01

Your reviews and your replies, read as a patient would

The count and the star rating are measured in the report. What no measurement catches is tone: whether the last unanswered one-star review is the first thing a nervous patient meets, and whether your replies sound like your practice or like a template. Somebody has to read them.

02

The phone, actually rung

We ring the number on your site from a real handset at an ordinary hour and write down what happens — how long it rings, who answers, what they say, and whether a new patient could have booked. The report can see that a number is on the page. Only a person finds out whether it works.

03

The booking path, actually walked

We book the way a patient would — on a phone, after hours — and count the taps, the dead ends and the fields nobody would fill in at 9pm. The report can see that a booking link exists; whether it survives a thumb is a different question.

None of this happens automatically, and the report says so in the same words. It costs nothing and it is not conditional on working with us.

✕WHAT WE WILL NOT CLAIM

The things we will not say to win the work.

Each of these is a line another agency will happily cross. Here is where we stand on it, in writing.

  • A score out of 100.An invented precision. You get the findings themselves, in the order they matter.
  • A drip sequence beyond the three emails you can stop with one click.Nothing runs behind them.
  • A sales call unless you book one.The findings are yours whether or not we ever speak.
  • Guaranteed rankings, appointments or revenue.Nobody can honestly promise what Google or a patient will do. We guarantee the work, and you watch what moved month by month.
  • A proprietary dental platform. We build on tools you could run without us, and everything we build is yours.
  • Universal PMS or EHR integration.Integrations are possible with any practice system that exposes an API — we confirm yours on the discovery call. Here is what each system publishes today.
  • AI insurance verification or treatment-plan mining. No agent of ours reads a chart, checks a policy or suggests treatment.
  • “SOC 2” or “HIPAA compliant” as a badge. Our infrastructure runs on Google Workspace and Google Cloud under signed Business Associate Agreements. We do not call that HIPAA compliance, because no vendor honestly can.
  • Clinical or diagnostic AI.Every agent refuses clinical questions and hands to a person.
  • A client quote without written permission. The practice we photograph is credited; nothing anyone said appears here until they say in writing that it may.
  • An invented statistic.Every figure on this site is either counted from what we run, or carries the source it came from.
