A mailing address, not a walk-in office — we come to your practice, or we meet on a call.
We are a small team on Indianapolis time, so a message sent during the working day usually gets a reply the same day, and one sent in the evening or over the weekend gets an answer when we are back at a desk — we would rather answer properly than instantly. After hours, an AI assistant can take a message, answer basic questions, and put a call on the calendar; it tells every caller it is an AI, and anything it cannot handle is left for a person.
Got it. A person has your message and will come back to you. If it is urgent, calling or texting is faster.

What does it cost?+
We do not publish prices, because the work is not the same for a single-doctor practice and a three-location group. After a discovery call we send one flat number in writing, with what is included and what deliberately is not. Nothing starts until you have that in hand and say yes. If the number is wrong for you, say so — we would rather hear it early.
Do you work with practices outside Indianapolis?+
Yes. We work with practices across the Indianapolis metro and remotely elsewhere. The only piece that really changes is the camera — photo and video days need us in the room, so out-of-market shoots are scheduled and quoted separately. Everything else, from the website to the listings to the follow-up and the reporting, runs the same whether you are ten minutes away or three states over.
Can I stop by your office?+
Our Keystone Avenue address is a mailing address, not a walk-in office. There is no front desk there and no one to greet you, so please do not drive over. If you want to meet face to face and you are in the metro, say so and we will come to your practice — after hours or before the first patient, whichever costs you less chair time.
Do I have to get on a sales call to see the Blueprint?+
No. The Blueprint is four fields, and it comes back to you quickly — usually the same day — without waiting on a sales call. Read it, keep it, ignore us. If something in it is worth twenty minutes of your time, book the discovery call then. We would rather you read it and never call than sit through a pitch to get it.
