+EVERYWHERE, THE SAME

Listings Management.

The same right info, everywhere patients look.

Your practice is listed on dozens of maps, directories, and data services — most of which you’ve never opened. We make every one of them agree.

THE QUIET LEAK

Why this matters now.

An old phone number on one directory, a previous address on another, two duplicate listings splitting your reviews — each is a quiet leak. Patients hit a dead number and move on; search engines see conflicting facts and trust you a little less. Nobody reports these misses. They just cost you.

WHAT CHANGES FOR YOUR PRACTICE

  • One correct version of your practice, everywhere
  • No duplicates splitting your identity and reviews
  • A stronger trust signal feeding your map ranking

+WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Audit of every listing that mentions your practice
  • Sync across the major maps, directories, and data aggregators
  • Duplicate detection and cleanup
  • Ongoing drift monitoring — data decays, we catch it
  • Change management when you move, rebrand, or add locations

HOW IT WORKS

01AUDIT

We find every listing — the ones you know, the ones you forgot, and the ones you never created.

02CORRECT & CONNECT

Wrong data fixed, duplicates merged or removed, core sources locked to one truth.

03MONITOR

Aggregators re-introduce stale data all the time. We watch for drift so it never sticks.

WHAT YOU ACTUALLY GET

Not a retainer. A list of specific things.

Somewhere in a directory you have never opened, your practice still lists a phone line that nobody answers.

01

One record, written down

We agree the exact version of your practice — legal name, trading name, suite line, phone, hours, categories, booking link — and write it down once. Every listing after that is made to match that page, not the other way round.

02

Duplicates merged or removed

Two records for one practice split your reviews, your direction requests, and the confidence a search engine has in either. We claim both, merge where the platform allows it, and file for removal where it does not.

03

Fixed at the source

Most directory entries are copies of a copy, fed by a handful of data aggregators nobody markets to dentists. We correct those upstream records too, because a listing fixed only on the surface comes back wrong at the next refresh.

04

Watched on a schedule

Corrected data drifts: an aggregator refreshes, a stranger suggests an edit, an old record resurfaces. We re-check the whole set on a fixed rhythm and fix what moved, so the cleanup you paid for once keeps holding.

05

Moves, rebrands, new suites

When something real changes — a new suite, an associate's name on the door, a second line — you tell one person and it goes out everywhere. Change is when listings do the most damage, so it is the priority job.

06

A sheet you keep

Every listing we find goes on one plain sheet: where it lives, what it said, what it says now, and what is still pending. It is yours, checkable line by line, and it leaves with you if we ever part ways.

THE SAME PRACTICE, TWELVE WAYS

The same practice, twelve listings, all slightly different.

Every field in red is somewhere a patient can land on the wrong number, the wrong suite, or a name you dropped years ago. Switch it to the corrected state and watch twelve rows finally say the same thing.

The practice below is fictional and the mismatches are illustrative — it shows the pattern rather than checking your own listings; the free sweep below does that.

HOW IT ACTUALLY WORKS

Four stages, and what each one costs you.

  1. 01

    You confirm the true record

Before we touch anything, we send you a single page carrying the exact name, address, suite, phone, hours and categories we intend to publish. Nothing goes out until you have corrected it.

You: Read one page and mark anything wrong.

  2. 02

We find every listing we can

We sweep the major maps, the directories patients actually land on, and the aggregators feeding both — including records under old numbers, old addresses and names you no longer use. You see the list before we change a thing.

    You: Nothing.

  3. 03

    We correct, merge and claim

Wrong fields are fixed, duplicates are merged or filed for removal, and the records worth owning get claimed in your name. Some sites verify ownership by calling the practice or mailing a postcard, which is the one place this work touches your desk.

You: Pass on any verification code that arrives at the practice.

  4. 04

    We watch it after that

The whole set is re-checked on a schedule, and anything that drifted back gets corrected again. What changed shows up as one line in your monthly report rather than an invoice you have to interpret.

    You: Nothing.

IN DETAIL

Every place your practice is listed, agreeing with itself

Your practice exists on dozens of maps, directories and data aggregators, most of which you never created and never opened. They were assembled from other databases. When those copies disagree about your suite number, your old phone line or a name you stopped using, search engines lose confidence in all of it.

This is unglamorous, finite work: find every listing, correct the wrong ones, merge or remove duplicates, and then watch them, because bad data has a way of coming back when an aggregator refreshes.

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

No mystery about what happens when.

You always know what stage you are at, and every stage produces something you can see.

  1. Week 1

    Find everything

A full audit across the major maps, directories and the aggregators that quietly feed them.

  2. Weeks 2–4

    Correct and consolidate

Wrong data fixed, duplicates merged or removed, everything pointed at the same name, address and number.

  3. Ongoing

    Monitor

We re-check on a schedule and fix drift when an aggregator pushes an old record back.

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE

Three situations we have actually met.

Practices are not named anywhere on this site — a wall of logos tells you nothing about whether the work was any good. These are the situations, and what was done about them.

A practice waiting room with armchairs and daylight from tall windows

A practice moved two doors down the same medical building.

Half the web still carried the old suite number, and two of the aggregator records had quietly forked into separate listings. We set the new address as the single source, corrected the maps and directories, and retired the old record upstream so it stopped being republished.

What changedPatients stopped turning up at the wrong door, and the old suite stopped reappearing a month later.

An open treatment bay with two chairs and daylight

Two listings for one practice, reviews split between them.

A data broker had created a second record years earlier under a slightly different practice name, and it had been collecting its own reviews and its own direction requests. We claimed both, merged the pair where the platform allowed it, and filed the leftover for removal.

What changedOne record now carries the reviews and the directions instead of two competing halves.

A sterilization bay with instrument cassettes and equipment

An old agency's call-tracking number, still published everywhere.

The number had been planted across directories during a previous campaign and stopped working when that agency left. We traced every listing still carrying it, replaced it with the practice's own line, then corrected the aggregators feeding those directories.

What changedCalls placed from those listings reach the front desk again rather than a dead line.

FREE · NO PITCH

A one-page sweep of where your practice is listed

We look your practice up across the major maps, directories and the aggregators underneath them, then send back a single page: everything we found, and every field that disagrees. Where something is wrong, we write out the correct line next to it, so your front desk can fix it without us.

  • Every listing we can find, with a link to each
  • Name, address, phone and hours mismatches flagged line by line
  • The correct version written out, ready for your desk to paste

One email back, usually the same day — no sales call, no drip sequence, and nothing stops you fixing every line yourself.

On its way. Check your inbox in the next few minutes.

?THE FAIR QUESTIONS

The things you are actually thinking.

If you have been sold this before and it did not work, these are probably the questions. The answers are the same ones we would give you on the phone.

A quiet consultation room with a desk and seating

Can't my front desk just do this themselves?

They can, and for a handful of listings they should. The trouble is the shape of the job: dozens of sites, several needing an ownership check by phone or postcard, and the aggregators underneath that nobody thinks to look at. It is also never finished — a hard week, then a quiet re-check every month forever. That is the part a busy front desk loses, not the skill.

If we stop working together, does it all revert?

Partly, and you should know which parts before you start. Anything we correct directly on a listing you own — your profile, your directory entries, the upstream records — usually holds after we stop, until something upstream refreshes and pushes an old value back. Anything pushed through a paid syndication tool can lapse back to whatever the old data said, because the tool stops asserting it. So we do the durable work by hand first, and tell you plainly which listings depend on a subscription.

Honestly, this is the least exciting thing I could buy.

It is. Nobody has ever been excited by a corrected suite number. This is plumbing: it does not win you a patient on its own, it stops you losing the ones already trying to reach you, and it steadies the signals the rest of your local visibility sits on. If your listings are already clean, we will tell you, and you should spend the money on something you can see.

How would I know you actually did anything?

Because you get the sheet. Every listing we found, its address on the web, what it said before, what it says now, and what is still sitting in someone else's verification queue. It goes to you at the end of the first pass, and again whenever we fix drift. It is a boring document, and it is the entire proof — nothing in this service is invisible or hard to check yourself.

When you should not buy this

If you want one cleanup and nothing after, this is the wrong service. Old records get republished, so a single sweep decays quietly. Pay someone once for the audit instead, take the sheet, and re-check it yourself twice a year.

?LISTINGS MANAGEMENT · GOOD QUESTIONS

Why do wrong listings even appear?+

Data brokers scrape, merge, and republish business data constantly — old records resurface, and anyone can suggest an edit. It’s nobody’s fault and everybody’s problem; the fix is monitoring, not a one-time cleanup.

Does this actually affect rankings?+

Consistent name, address, and phone data across sources is a long-standing trust signal in local search. It’s not glamorous — it’s the plumbing that lets the rest of your visibility work.

We just moved. How urgent is this?+

Very. A move is when listings hurt most — every unfixed record still points patients at your old door. It’s the first thing we’d clean.

What does it cost — and am I locked into a contract?+

Pricing is quoted flat and in writing after your discovery call — you see the exact number before committing to anything. And there is nothing to un-wire if you ever leave: everything we build stays yours. The free Blueprint comes first either way, so you’ll know what we’d recommend before money is ever discussed.
