+BUILD OR REDESIGN

Dental Websites.

A website to 2026 standards, not 2016.

From $4,500 once — or $390/mo for 12 months, then it is yours what moves this number →

Whether it’s a brand-new build or a full redesign of what you have: fast, beautiful, mobile-first, and built to turn a visitor into a booked patient. And you own all of it — domain, content, code.

✦THE QUIET LEAK

Why this matters now.

Patients date your practice by your website. A slow, dated, or template-y site quietly undercuts everything else — ads that land on it convert worse, search sends less, and the patient who compared three tabs picks the practice that looked like it has its act together.

→WHAT CHANGES FOR YOUR PRACTICE

  • A site that makes the right first impression in three seconds
  • Booking wired into every page, not hidden behind a menu
  • You own the site outright — code, content, and domain

→PUT YOUR NAME ON IT

A demo practice site you can rebrand right now.

Type in your practice name, pick one of the color palettes, pick a typeface, and the whole site changes in front of you — headings, buttons, treatment pages, footer, all of it. It opens full-screen in a new tab, so use it the way a patient would, on the phone in your hand.

Northline Dental is a fictional practice and this is a real build rather than a picture of one — what it cannot show you is your photography, your words, or your booking system, which is where most of the actual work goes.

+WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • You own the finished site outright — no hostage hosting, no lock-in

  • Copy written for patients, structured for search and AI engines

✦WHAT YOU ACTUALLY GET

Not a retainer. A list of specific things.

A patient comparing practices decides whether to keep looking almost before the page has finished loading, and a lot of dental sites lose them right there.

01

Built for the phone.

We design the small screen first and test on real handsets, not a desktop browser squeezed narrow. Most of your patients will never see the version that looks good on a designer's monitor.

02

Booking on every page.

Call, book and message live in the header, in the footer, and inside every treatment page. A patient who decides halfway down a page about crowns should never have to hunt for the button.

03

A page per treatment.

Implants, Invisalign, emergencies and the rest each get a real page, written for a patient and marked up so a search engine can read it. One thin services page does neither job.

04

Your photographs, not stock.

The build is planned around a photography day at your practice, so the design holds real rooms and real faces. Stock images of models are the fastest way to look like every other practice.

05

Fast on a bad connection.

Images compressed properly, fonts and scripts kept lean, nothing loaded that the page does not need. A site that stalls in a parking lot on one bar has already lost the patient.

06

You can edit it.

You get a walkthrough and a login, so changing hours, adding a hygienist or fixing a typo is something you do yourself in a few minutes. Nothing about your own website should require a support ticket.

$OWN IT OUTRIGHT

From $4,500

Paid once. Yours from the day it launches — domain, content, design and code. An optional care plan from $190/mo covers hosting, edits and monitoring afterwards.

$OR MONTHLY

From $390/mo

The same build, spread across twelve months. At month twelve it is yours outright and drops to the care plan. We do not lease you a website.

→WHAT MOVES THIS NUMBER

  • Whether it is a refresh of good bones or a rebuild from nothing
  • How many pages, and how much of the writing we do
  • Whether a photography day is part of it

Nothing to un-wire if you ever leave: everything we build stays yours. The free Blueprint comes first either way, so you will know what we would recommend before money is discussed.

→HOW IT ACTUALLY WORKS

Four stages, and what each one costs you.

  1. 01

    The audit, before anything.

We go through what you have now — the pages, the platform, the speed, where visitors quietly give up — and tell you plainly whether it is worth redesigning or faster to rebuild. That answer is free and comes before you commit to anything.

You: Send us your web address.

  2. 02

    Structure and words.

We map the pages around the decisions a patient is actually making, then draft the copy: treatments in plain English, your tone, your emphasis. Nothing clinical publishes without passing your desk first.

You: Read one draft and mark anything you'd say differently.

  3. 03

    The shoot and the build.

A half-day of photography at your practice, then the build itself, with booking, forms and tracking wired in as we go rather than bolted on at the end. How far the booking side can go depends on the system you already run, which is something we confirm on the discovery call before anyone commits. You watch it on a private link while it is still moving.

You: Give us a half-day and a tidy practice.

  4. 04

    Launch, then hand over.

We map redirects so the search equity you already have follows you across, launch without downtime, and watch real behavior for the first few weeks. Then we walk you through editing it yourself and hand over every login in writing.

    You: Pick the go-live date.

✦IN DETAIL

What separates a current site from a dated one

Most dental sites fail in the same few places. They load slowly on the phone the patient is actually holding. They bury the one thing a visitor came for. They use stock photography of people who have never been to your practice. And they were built on a platform the practice cannot edit without calling someone.

We build the opposite of that. Fast, mobile-first, written around the decision a nervous patient is making, and photographed at your practice. You own the finished site, the domain and the content outright — if we ever part ways, all of it stays with you.

→YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

No mystery about what happens when.

You always know what stage you are at, and every stage produces something you can see.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Plan and shoot

Structure agreed, copy drafted, and a photography day at your practice so the site is built around real images.

  2. Weeks 3–5

    Build

Design and build, with booking, forms and tracking wired in as we go rather than bolted on afterwards.

  3. Week 6

    Launch and hand over

Redirects mapped so you keep the search equity you have, then a walkthrough of how to edit it yourself.

✦ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIOS · COMPOSITE, UNNAMED, NOT TESTIMONIALS

What a practice in this situation typically asks us.

Composite situations, written to show the work. No practice is named, none is quoted, nothing here is a testimonial.

A site nobody could edit after the builder stopped answering email.

We rebuilt it on a setup the front desk can change themselves and moved the domain into the practice's own account. Every login was handed over in writing on launch day.

What changedHours, holiday closures and a new hygienist now go live the same morning, without anyone having to ask permission.

A practice whose website only really worked on a desktop.

We rebuilt it mobile-first and cut the page weight down until it opened quickly on a mid-range phone with one bar of signal. Booking moved into the header, the footer and every treatment page.

What changedThe site now behaves the same in a parking lot as it does at the front desk.

Good dentistry hidden behind stock photography of strangers.

We spent a half-day photographing the team, the rooms and the equipment, then built the site around those images instead of a template's placeholders. The treatment pages were rewritten in the language the dentist actually uses chair-side.

What changedNew patients now arrive recognizing the room and the person greeting them.

✦FREE · NO PITCH

The first nine seconds: a read of your homepage on a phone

We read your live homepage the way a phone receives it — the weight, the scripts, the viewport, the images, the tap-to-call, the booking button, the hours — and send back the checks that make up a patient's first nine seconds, in the order they hit, with the one thing we would fix first. It arrives in this thread within a few minutes. There is no screen recording; if you reply, a person records your site on a real mid-range phone and talks through it.

  • The checks that make up the first nine seconds on a phone, read off your live homepage
  • The things most likely to be costing you bookings, in the order they hit
  • What we would fix first, and what can wait

No sales call is required, nothing goes on a drip list, and if every check comes back clean we will say so and leave you alone.

?THE FAIR QUESTIONS

The things you are actually thinking.

If you have been sold this before and it did not work, these are probably the questions. The answers are the same ones we would give you on the phone.

A designer's desk with a laptop showing a bright soft-focus website layout, coffee and a plant

I've had an agency hold my website hostage before.

That is the most common story we hear, and it is why ownership is the first thing we settle rather than the last. The domain sits in your account, the code and the content are yours, and the logins are handed over in writing at launch. If we ever part ways, nothing switches off and nobody has to be asked nicely for a password.

Will a new website actually bring me patients?

Honestly, on its own, not many. A website converts the people who already found you — from search, from your Google profile, from a friend's recommendation — so it changes the proportion who book, not the number who look. If nothing is sending you traffic yet, a beautiful site will sit there quietly. We would say that on the call and point you at Found first.

Who writes the content? I don't have time to write a website.

We do. We draft every page from a short call about your treatments, your tone, and the things you find yourself explaining chair-side over and over. You read it once and mark anything you would phrase differently, and clinical wording always comes back to you before it publishes. What we need is about an hour of you talking and one round of corrections, not a folder of documents.

What does it cost, and am I renting it forever?

You are not renting it. The build is quoted flat and in writing after a discovery call, once we have seen what you have and agreed what the site has to do — The starting figures are on this page. What they cannot be is your figure: a five-page refresh and a full rebuild with a photography day are not the same job, so the number that matters is quoted flat and in writing once we have seen what the site has to do. Ongoing hosting and care are quoted separately and are optional; take the site elsewhere and it goes with you.

When you should not buy this

If your current site is only two or three years old, loads quickly on a phone, and already puts booking on every page, keep it. Spend the money on being found instead — a redesign will not fill an empty schedule.

✕WHAT WE WILL NOT CLAIM

The things we will not say to win the work.

Each of these is a line another agency will happily cross. Here is where we stand on it, in writing.

  • Guaranteed rankings, appointments or revenue.Nobody can honestly promise what Google or a patient will do. We guarantee the work, and you watch what moved month by month.
  • A proprietary dental platform. We build on tools you could run without us, and everything we build is yours.
  • Universal PMS or EHR integration.Integrations are possible with any practice system that exposes an API — we confirm yours on the discovery call. Here is what each system publishes today.
  • AI insurance verification or treatment-plan mining. No agent of ours reads a chart, checks a policy or suggests treatment.
  • “SOC 2” or “HIPAA compliant” as a badge. Our infrastructure runs on Google Workspace and Google Cloud under signed Business Associate Agreements. We do not call that HIPAA compliance, because no vendor honestly can.
  • Clinical or diagnostic AI.Every agent refuses clinical questions and hands to a person.
  • A client quote without written permission. The practice we photograph is credited; nothing anyone said appears here until they say in writing that it may.
  • An invented statistic.Every figure on this site is either counted from what we run, or carries the source it came from.

?DENTAL WEBSITES · GOOD QUESTIONS

Redesign or rebuild — how do you decide?+

We audit what you have. Good bones (sound platform, decent content) get a redesign; a site that fights every change gets rebuilt faster than it could be rescued. The Blueprint tells you which, free, before you commit to anything.

How long does a site take?+

A focused practice site typically runs a few weeks from kickoff to launch, driven mostly by how fast content and approvals move. We set the schedule with you at the start and keep you updated at each milestone.

Do I really own it?+

Yes — domain, content, design, and code. If we ever part ways, everything stays with you. We think that should be table stakes; in this industry, it isn’t.

What does Dental Websites cost — and am I locked into a contract?+

It starts at $4,500 as a one-off, or $390/mo across twelve months, after which it is yours outright. That is a floor rather than a quote: whether it is a refresh of good bones or a rebuild from nothing is what moves it most. You get the exact number flat and in writing before committing to anything, nothing runs on a minimum term (the twelve-month option spreads the build cost, it does not lock you in), and everything we build stays yours if you ever leave. The free Blueprint comes first either way.
