+THE UNANSWERED QUESTION

AI Chatbot.

It answers, and then it books.

Most practice chat widgets are a form wearing a costume: they take a message and promise somebody will be in touch. This one answers the question that was actually asked, and then puts the appointment in the book.

It is disclosed as an assistant from the first message, it never gives clinical advice, and it hands over to a person the moment anyone asks.

A practice reception desk, where the questions a chatbot answers would otherwise land

THE QUIET LEAK

Why this matters now.

A visitor at eleven at night has one thing standing between them and booking — do you take my insurance, can you see my child, is there parking, how much is a crown. A widget that says “leave your email” loses them, because the question was the whole reason they were on the page.

WHAT CHANGES FOR YOUR PRACTICE

  • The common questions answered the moment they are asked
  • Appointments taken inside the conversation, not after it
  • A written summary of every conversation, in your inbox each morning

+WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • A chatbot trained on your practice: hours, services, insurances, policies
  • Booking inside the chat, with confirmation by email and text
  • Escalation rules you set, and a clean handoff to a person
  • Clinical questions refused and redirected, every time
  • Every conversation summarised and delivered to your team
  • Installed on your site, hosted and maintained by us

HOW IT WORKS

01TEACH IT

We write down what your front desk actually says all day — hours, insurances, parking, what a first visit involves — and that becomes what it knows.

02WIRE IT

Booking, confirmation email and text, and the escalation path to a human. Then it goes on your site with one line of code.

03WATCH IT

You read the morning summary. Anything it got wrong or could not answer becomes something it knows by the next week.

WHAT YOU ACTUALLY GET

Not a retainer. A list of specific things.

At eleven at night a visitor has one question standing between them and a booking, and nobody awake to answer it.

01

It books, not just chats.

It asks what the visit is for, offers real openings, takes a name, a number and an email, then confirms. The patient has a confirmation email before they close the tab.

02

Trained on your practice only.

It answers from your hours, your services, your parking, and the plans you actually accept — not a general idea of dentistry. When it does not know something, it says so and offers to have your team confirm.

03

It says what it is.

The first line tells the visitor they are talking to an assistant. No invented name, no pretending to be your front desk — patients care that they got an answer at midnight, not that a human was awake for it.

04

A person, one tap away.

You write the rules for what it must hand off: anything urgent, anything clinical, anything it has fumbled twice. The conversation stops, the visitor gets your real path to a human, and your team gets the transcript.

05

It asks little, keeps less.

Name, contact, reason for the visit, preferred time. It does not take medical history, insurance ID numbers, or card details in the chat window, because a chat box is the wrong place for any of them.

06

Every conversation is readable.

You get the transcripts — what people asked, what it booked, and where it stumbled. We read them too and tighten the answers monthly, so the awkward questions stop being awkward.

TRY THE REAL THING

This one is not a screenshot. Book yourself an appointment right now.

Open the chat below and behave like a patient — ask about a crown, say mornings only, change your mind halfway through. It will ask what it needs, offer real times, take your details, and email you a confirmation before you have left this page.

The practice is fictional and the diary is a demo calendar, but the conversation, the slots, the booking and the confirmation email are real — on your site it books against your own availability.

HOW IT ACTUALLY WORKS

Four stages, and what each one costs you.

  1. 01

    We learn your practice.

We sit with whoever answers your phone and write down the questions they field every day, including the awkward ones about cost, plans and nervous patients. That list becomes what the bot actually knows.

You: Give us an hour and honest answers.

  2. 02

We wire it to your diary.

We connect it to your availability where your practice software allows it, and build a clean handoff where it does not. Appointment types, durations and which slots open to strangers are set to your rules.

You: Decide which slots a stranger may book.

  3. 03

    We draw the boundaries.

We write what it may answer, what it must never attempt, and the exact moment it stops and fetches a human. Then we run your real questions at it until the answers hold up.

You: Approve the script and the escalation rule.

  4. 04

    We watch the first weeks.

We read the early transcripts line by line and fix every place a visitor repeated themselves or gave up. The tuning carries on monthly rather than ending at launch.

    You: Nothing.

IN DETAIL

What it answers, and what it refuses

The chatbot knows your practice, not dentistry in general. Before it goes live we write down what your front desk says a hundred times a week — which insurances you file, whether you see children, what a new patient visit involves, where to park, what happens if someone is running late — and that written record becomes the only thing it is allowed to answer from. When a question falls outside it, the chatbot says so rather than improvising, takes a message, and tells the person when somebody will come back to them.

The second half is the part most widgets skip. Once the question is answered, the conversation moves to booking without changing screens: it offers real times, takes a name and a number, confirms in writing, and sends the confirmation by email and text. Where your practice management system allows it, that appointment is written straight in. Where it does not — and plenty do not — it arrives as a structured request your front desk accepts in one click. We will tell you which of those you are getting before you spend anything.

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

No mystery about what happens when.

You always know what stage you are at, and every stage produces something you can see.

  1. WEEK 1

We write down what you actually say

A session with whoever answers the phone, turned into the knowledge base. This is the part that decides whether it is any good, so we do it properly rather than scraping your website.

  2. WEEK 2

    Booking, confirmations and escalation

Times, confirmation email and text, and the rules for when it must stop and fetch a person. You approve the wording, including the refusals, before anything goes live.

  3. ONGOING

It gets better because you read the summaries

Every morning you get one email: what it was asked, what it booked, and anything it could not answer. That last list is the improvement queue, and it shrinks.

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE

Three situations we have actually met.

Practices are not named anywhere on this site — a wall of logos tells you nothing about whether the work was any good. These are the situations, and what was done about them.

A practice waiting room with armchairs and daylight from tall windows

An implant question at eleven at night

We wrote plain-English answers for what a consult involves, what happens on the day, and what it does not commit anyone to. The chat answered, then offered the next three consult slots and took a name, a number and an email.

What changedThe practice opened the next morning to a consult already on the diary instead of an unread voicemail.

An open treatment bay with two chairs and daylight

The same handful of questions, over and over

Parking, whether children are seen, and which plans are accepted — we took the answers from the practice's own list rather than guessing, and wrote the plan question to end with the team confirming. The bot now handles all three before anyone reaches for the phone.

What changedThe front desk stopped repeating itself and had more attention for the people standing in front of them.

A sterilization bay with instrument cassettes and equipment

A visitor typed that their tooth was killing them

We had already written the urgency rule with the practice: stop booking, give no clinical opinion, show the emergency instruction they wanted shown, and route to the on-call path. The transcript landed with the team flagged rather than filed.

What changedUrgent messages stopped sitting in the same pile as questions about parking.

FREE · NO PITCH

A written chat script for your practice.

We read your website and your Google profile the way a nervous stranger would, then write out the twelve questions they are most likely to type and the answer your practice should give to each. It comes back to you as one page, usually the same day, and it is yours to use whether we ever work together or not.

  • The twelve questions a first-time visitor actually types.
  • A written answer for each, in your practice's voice.
  • The ones your website currently answers nowhere at all.

No sales call is required, and nothing else follows it into your inbox.

On its way. Check your inbox in the next few minutes.

?THE FAIR QUESTIONS

The things you are actually thinking.

If you have been sold this before and it did not work, these are probably the questions. The answers are the same ones we would give you on the phone.

A quiet consultation room with a desk and seating

We already have a contact form. Isn't this the same thing?

A form is a message in a bottle. Someone fills it in, then waits — often overnight, sometimes longer — and by the morning a practice with a booking button has them. Chat answers the thing that was blocking them and books the slot in the same minute. If your form already converts well and your desk clears it within the hour, the gain here is smaller, and we will tell you that.

Will it give clinical advice, or say something wrong?

It gives no clinical advice, makes no diagnosis, and never judges urgency from a description of symptoms. It answers practice facts — hours, parking, what a first visit involves, which plans you accept — and when a question crosses that line it stops, says your team will confirm, and offers either the appointment or a person. We would rather it say a human will check every time than guess once.

Will it actually book into our schedule, or just collect names?

It books where your practice software allows a booking integration. Where it does not, it captures the request with everything your team needs and hands it over cleanly, so nothing is lost either way. Which of those you get depends entirely on the system you run, so we check yours on the discovery call and tell you plainly before you commit to anything. We will not promise a sync that cannot exist.

Aren't chatbots just pop-ups people close?

Most are, and it is fair to hold that against them. They launch the second you arrive, interrupt someone mid-sentence, then answer with a paragraph lifted off the page they are already reading. Ours waits, opens with something specific to where the visitor is, and exists to do one job: answer, then book. If what you want is a widget that chases every visitor until they engage, we will not build it.

When you should not buy this

If almost nobody lands on your website yet, do not buy this. A chatbot with no one to talk to is an ornament. Spend on Found first — the map pack, the profile, the listings — and add this once strangers are actually arriving.

?AI CHATBOT · GOOD QUESTIONS

Is it obvious that it is not a person?+

Yes, from the first message. It introduces itself as the practice assistant, and if anyone asks directly it says so plainly. Pretending otherwise is the fastest way to lose the patient you were trying to keep.

What happens when it does not know something?+

It says so, takes a message, and tells the visitor when a person will come back. It is explicitly instructed never to guess at practice policy, and never to invent a price.

Can it actually write into our schedule?+

That depends entirely on what your practice management system exposes. Some can be written to directly; many cannot. Where it cannot, the booking arrives as a structured request your front desk confirms in one click — which is still faster than a voicemail.

Will it answer clinical questions?+

No. If someone asks what is wrong with their tooth or whether they need a root canal, it says that only the dentist can answer that, and offers to get them booked. That is not a setting you have to remember to switch on.

What does it cost — and am I locked into a contract?+

Pricing is quoted flat and in writing after your discovery call — you see the exact number before committing to anything. And there is nothing to un-wire if you ever leave: everything we build stays yours. The free Blueprint comes first either way, so you’ll know what we’d recommend before money is ever discussed.
