✦THE QUIET LEAK

Why this matters now.

Patients choosing a dentist are choosing who gets close. Generic smiling-model photos tell them nothing; worse, they signal that what’s behind the photos might not match. Real imagery of your real team is the cheapest trust you can buy — and most practices never buy it.

→WHAT CHANGES FOR YOUR PRACTICE

  • Photography patients instantly read as real
  • A library that feeds your website, profile, and social for months
  • A practice that looks familiar before the first visit

→SHOT BY US, NOT BOUGHT

Walk it, then look at every room we stood in.

Press play and go through the door yourself — then tap any still to open it full size. One real practice, on an ordinary working day.

One real practice, one real day, photographed and toured by us — not a highlight reel assembled from a dozen shoots, and not your practice, which will look like itself. Photographed by Virtualix at Carmel West Dentistry, Carmel, Indiana · published with permission.

→HOW IT WORKS

01PLAN

A short call to map the shots that matter — people, spaces, moments — around your schedule.

02SHOOT

One low-disruption day at your practice. We work around patients, not through them.

03DELIVER

An edited, organized library — and we put it to work across your site, profile, and feeds.

✦WHAT YOU ACTUALLY GET

Not a retainer. A list of specific things.

We show up with the camera, the lights and the drone, and photograph the practice you actually run.

01

Shot around your day

We work in the gaps — before opening, during a quiet block, between columns on the schedule. Nobody reschedules a patient so we can get a photograph, and your front desk keeps answering the phone.

02

We bring the light

Operatory lighting is built for teeth, not faces, and it turns skin grey on camera. We carry our own lights and shape them room by room, so your team looks like themselves rather than like a hospital.

03

The building from outside

A nervous patient needs to recognize the door before they park. We shoot the exterior properly — from the street, from the lot, and from above with the drone when the site is worth it.

04

Vertical clips, not just stills

Short vertical video is shot the same day, in the same light: the hallway walk, hands working, the greeting at the desk. It feeds your social without booking a second visit.

05

Sized for every destination

The same photograph needs different crops for a website header, a Google profile and a square post. We deliver each one already cut and plainly named, so your front desk can find the right file without asking.

06

Enough for a year

One day produces far more than a website needs, and handing over all of it at once wastes most of it. We hold a reserve back and release it on a rhythm, so your profile and feed stay fed for months.

→HOW IT ACTUALLY WORKS

Four stages, and what each one costs you.

  1. 01

    We walk your practice first

We come through the practice with you, or on a video call, and look at where the light falls, which rooms photograph well, and what needs a cable tied back or a counter cleared. We tell you honestly if something should be fixed before a camera ever sees it.

You: Give us twenty minutes and an honest tour.

  2. 02

    You approve a shot list

You get one page: every shot we intend to take, who is in it, which rooms we need and roughly when. We shoot that list rather than whatever catches our eye on the day.

You: Read one page and strike out anything you dislike.

  3. 03

    One shoot day, low disruption

We arrive early, set up out of the way, and work the list around your schedule — team first while everyone is fresh, rooms while they are empty, details last. Anyone appearing on camera signs consent before we shoot, and you see frames as we go.

You: Wear what you would wear on a normal Tuesday.

  4. 04

Edited, delivered and put to work

Every frame is culled, color-graded to one consistent look, and exported at the sizes each place actually needs. Then we load them into your Google profile, your feeds and, where your site is one we can get into, the website itself, rather than leaving a folder for someone at the desk to deal with.

    You: Nothing.

✦IN DETAIL

Why stock photography quietly costs you patients

A patient choosing a dentist is deciding who to let near them. Generic smiling models tell them nothing, and worse, they signal that what is behind the photo might not be worth showing. Real pictures of your actual rooms, your actual team and your actual equipment do the opposite.

We come to you and shoot the whole set in one day: team portraits that look like the people who will greet them, the rooms as they really are, treatment moments handled with care, and the building from the outside so a nervous patient recognises it when they arrive.

→YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

No mystery about what happens when.

You always know what stage you are at, and every stage produces something you can see.

  1. Before the day

    Shot list

We agree what we are capturing and what needs tidying, so the day runs to a plan rather than improvising.

  2. The day

    One visit

Team, rooms, details and exterior, shot around your schedule so patients are not disrupted.

  3. After

    Delivered everywhere

Edited, colour-graded, sized for web, profile and social, and loaded into the places they are actually used.

✦ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIOS · COMPOSITE, UNNAMED, NOT TESTIMONIALS

What a practice in this situation typically asks us.

Composite situations, written to show the work. No practice is named, none is quoted, nothing here is a testimonial.

One photo, taken at the practice opening party.

The site header, the Google profile and every social post were running on a single wide shot from years earlier, with two people in it who no longer worked there. We shot the current team, the rooms as they are now, and the exterior in decent light.

What changedThe practice stopped looking like somewhere that had not changed since the day it opened.

A whole team, none of them keen on cameras.

We dropped the posed portrait entirely and photographed people doing their actual jobs — setting up a room, talking at the desk, laughing between patients. Each person got ten minutes, saw their own frames, and could veto any of them on the spot.

What changedEvery member of the team ended up with a picture they were willing to have on the website.

Handsome practice, photographed only from the waiting room.

The existing set showed the reception desk several different ways and nothing else, so patients never saw where treatment actually happens. We photographed the operatories, the sterilization room and the corridor between them, deliberately including the clean, unglamorous parts.

What changedThe parts of the practice patients are most anxious about stopped being invisible.

✦FREE · YOURS TO KEEP

The photos your practice is missing

We read the images on your homepage — which are served from a stock library, which carry no alt text — and send back the rooms and moments practice sites almost never show, plus a shot list built from the sections your own page is organised into. It arrives in this thread within a few minutes, without waiting on a sales call, and it works with any photographer.

  • Which of your current images come from a stock source, by where they are served from
  • The rooms and moments you have never photographed
  • A shot list any photographer could work from

One email, no drip sequence and no sales call — and it is yours to use with any photographer you like.

?THE FAIR QUESTIONS

The things you are actually thinking.

If you have been sold this before and it did not work, these are probably the questions. The answers are the same ones we would give you on the phone.

A quiet consultation room with a desk and seating
Photographed by Virtualix at Carmel West Dentistry, Carmel, Indiana · published with permission

We paid a photographer once and barely used the photos.

That is usually a delivery problem rather than a photography problem. Most shoots end as a link to an unsorted folder, and nobody at a busy front desk has an afternoon to sift it. We cull first, hand over a small labeled set at the sizes each place needs, and put them live on your profile and, where we have access, your site. The photos get used because using them stops being a job.

What does a shoot cost?

The starting figure is on this page, and the final one is quoted flat and in writing after a discovery call. It moves with how many rooms and people we are covering, whether video and drone are part of it, and whether you want one visit or a refresh later in the year. The Blueprint comes first either way, and that is free.

Honestly, our practice is a bit dated. Will photos help?

Sometimes, and sometimes not. A tired room photographs as a tired room, and a camera that flatters it into something else only sets a patient up to be disappointed at the door. If a coat of paint, a cleared counter or a replaced chair would change the picture more than we can, we will say so on the walkthrough and tell you to spend there first.

Can we not just take photos on a phone?

For some things, yes, and we will say so. A phone photo of a birthday in the break room or a new piece of equipment is fine for a Google post, where fresh beats polished. Where it falls down is your website header and your profile's main image — the two pictures a stranger judges you on before they read a word. Those are worth a day with proper lighting. Most of the rest genuinely is not.

When you should not buy this

If you need one headshot for an insurance directory, do not hire us for it. A local portrait studio will do that in twenty minutes for a fraction of what a shoot day costs. This is a whole-practice library, and it is overkill for a single photo.

✕WHAT WE WILL NOT CLAIM

The things we will not say to win the work.

Each of these is a line another agency will happily cross. Here is where we stand on it, in writing.

  • Guaranteed rankings, appointments or revenue.Nobody can honestly promise what Google or a patient will do. We guarantee the work, and you watch what moved month by month.
  • A proprietary dental platform. We build on tools you could run without us, and everything we build is yours.
  • Universal PMS or EHR integration.Integrations are possible with any practice system that exposes an API — we confirm yours on the discovery call. Here is what each system publishes today.
  • AI insurance verification or treatment-plan mining. No agent of ours reads a chart, checks a policy or suggests treatment.
  • “SOC 2” or “HIPAA compliant” as a badge. Our infrastructure runs on Google Workspace and Google Cloud under signed Business Associate Agreements. We do not call that HIPAA compliance, because no vendor honestly can.
  • Clinical or diagnostic AI.Every agent refuses clinical questions and hands to a person.
  • A client quote without written permission. The practice we photograph is credited; nothing anyone said appears here until they say in writing that it may.
  • An invented statistic.Every figure on this site is either counted from what we run, or carries the source it came from.

?PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO · GOOD QUESTIONS

Our team hates being photographed. Help?+

Almost every team says this — and candids of people actually working land better than posed portraits anyway. Ten relaxed minutes per person, no “say cheese”, veto power over anything you dislike.

How often should we refresh photos?+

A full shoot every year or two, with light top-ups when the team or space changes. Fresh photos also feed your Google profile — which rewards them.

What about patient photos?+

Only with explicit written consent, and we handle the consent flow. Real patient moments are powerful precisely because they’re real — so we treat them with real care.

What does Photography & Video cost — and am I locked into a contract?+

It starts at $1,400, per shoot day. That is a floor rather than a quote: how many rooms, and whether we shoot video as well as stills is what moves it most. You get the exact number flat and in writing before committing to anything, nothing runs on a minimum term, and everything we build stays yours if you ever leave. The free Blueprint comes first either way.
