Google Business Profile.

Fresh, correct, and active — every week.

From $350/mo what moves this number →

For many practices, the Google profile gets more views than the website. We run it like the storefront it is: complete, current, and visibly alive.

✦THE QUIET LEAK

Why this matters now.

An unclaimed, half-filled, or silent profile reads as a closed sign. Wrong hours send patients to locked doors; unanswered questions go to competitors; a photo section last touched years ago says nobody’s home. An active, complete profile is also a visibility signal Google itself encourages — silence costs you twice.

→WHAT CHANGES FOR YOUR PRACTICE

  • A profile that looks open, busy, and worth choosing
  • Correct hours, services, and answers — checked every week
  • Fresh posts and photos patients (and Google) notice

→MOVE THE METER YOURSELF

Switch the pieces off and see what a patient stops seeing.

Each toggle is a real part of a Google profile — hours, services, photos, Q&A, posts. Turn them off one at a time and watch the meter fall and the card thin out into something a stranger scrolls straight past.

The practice in the card is fictional and the meter is our own scoring rather than a number Google publishes — it is a way to see which pieces are doing the work.

+WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Complete setup, claim, and verification
  • Services, hours, attributes, and Q&A kept current
  • Regular posts and photo updates
  • Spam-listing and edit-hijack monitoring
  • Insights digested into plain English

→HOW IT WORKS

01CLAIM & COMPLETE

Every field, category, service, and photo done properly — many profiles are running at half power.

02KEEP IT ALIVE

A steady rhythm of posts, photos, and updates, so the profile always looks like this week.

03WATCH & DEFEND

Google lets the public suggest edits. We catch bad ones before patients see them.

✦WHAT YOU ACTUALLY GET

Not a retainer. A list of specific things.

A patient taps your profile, sees no hours, no services, and photos from a previous fit-out — and taps the practice below you.

01

Every field, properly filled.

Primary and secondary categories, the full services list with real descriptions, attributes, the appointment link, the opening date, the practice description. Most profiles we open have whole sections nobody has ever opened, let alone filled.

02

Hours that survive the holidays.

Weekly hours, lunch closures, and every holiday exception loaded weeks before it matters. A patient who drives across town on the Friday after Thanksgiving and finds a dark window does not call back to check whether Google was wrong.

03

The Q&A, answered first.

Anyone can answer a question on your profile, including someone who has never set foot in your practice. We seed the ones your front desk fields all day — parking, insurance, emergencies, nervous patients — and answer them in your words.

04

Photographs on a rhythm.

Not one set from four years ago. The entrance from the sidewalk, where to park, reception, an operatory, the team — loaded on a schedule, from your shoot or from photos you take yourself, so the card always looks like this month.

05

Posts you only approve.

A steady rhythm of posts drafted for your practice: a treatment you want more of, a hygienist joining, holiday hours, how emergencies are handled. They arrive in one batch, you approve from your phone, and nothing publishes unread.

06

Bad edits caught early.

The public can suggest changes to your hours, address and phone number, and spam listings turn up on the map beside you. We check on a schedule, reverse what has been changed, report what we found, and flag what we cannot fix ourselves.

$STARTING AT

From $350/mo

Flat monthly, quoted in writing before you commit. Month to month — no minimum term.

→WHAT MOVES THIS NUMBER

  • The state of the profile on the day we take it over
  • How many services, photos and posts you want kept current
  • Whether reviews are handled here or run as their own service

→HOW IT ACTUALLY WORKS

Four stages, and what each one costs you.

  1. 01

We open it as a patient

Before anything is edited we walk your profile the way someone choosing a dentist would, and write down every gap: empty fields, wrong categories, missing services, duplicates, stale photos, unanswered questions. You get that list first, in plain English, whether or not you go ahead.

You: Point us at the profile.

  2. 02

    Ownership first, then the rebuild

We get the profile verified in your name, reclaiming it from a previous owner or an old agency if that is where it currently sits. Then it is filled out properly, field by field: categories, services with real descriptions, attributes, hours, booking link, description.

You: One approval on the services list and hours.

  3. 03

    We give it a pulse

Posts, photographs and Q&A on a set rhythm every month, so the profile always reads as a practice that is open and busy this week rather than one that stopped in 2022. Everything is drafted here and sent to you in a single batch.

You: Approve the batch from your phone.

  4. 04

    Watch, defend, and report

We check the profile on a schedule for suggested edits, flipped hours and spam listings crowding your map, and correct what we can reach. Once a month you get one page: what we published, what we fixed, and what Google's own numbers say people did with the card.

You: Read one page a month.

✦IN DETAIL

The page more patients see than your website

For most practices the Google profile is the busiest thing they own, and it is usually the least tended. It is where someone decides whether to tap the call button, look at your photos, read a review, or move on to the next practice on the map.

We treat it like a storefront rather than a directory entry. Every field completed and correct. Services and attributes filled out properly. Real photographs on a steady rhythm instead of one set from four years ago. Questions answered before a stranger answers them for you.

→YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

No mystery about what happens when.

You always know what stage you are at, and every stage produces something you can see.

  1. Week 1

    Claim and correct

Ownership verified, every field completed, categories and services set properly, duplicates found and removed.

  2. Weeks 2–4

    Make it look alive

Fresh photography loaded, posts started, the Q&A seeded with the questions patients genuinely ask.

  3. Ongoing

    Keep it current

Posts and photos on a rhythm, holiday hours set before they matter, and drift fixed when it appears.

✦ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIOS · COMPOSITE, UNNAMED, NOT TESTIMONIALS

What a practice in this situation typically asks us.

Composite situations, written to show the work. No practice is named, none is quoted, nothing here is a testimonial.

A profile still carrying the previous owner's name and hours

We ran the ownership transfer, corrected the practice name and the weekly hours, and removed a duplicate listing that had been quietly collecting its own reviews. Then we filled in the categories and services that had never been set.

What changedPatients searching the practice name now land on one listing, with the right name above the right door.

Patients arriving on a day the practice was closed

The standard hours were wrong and no holiday exception had ever been entered. We corrected the weekly hours, loaded every closure for the year ahead, and added a line to the profile about how out-of-hours emergencies are handled.

What changedThe front desk stopped fielding calls from people standing outside a locked door.

Newest photo predated the current fit-out by years

We loaded a fresh set — the entrance from the sidewalk, where to park, reception, an operatory, the team — and started a monthly posting rhythm. We also seeded the Q&A with the questions the front desk answers on the phone every day.

What changedThe card now shows the practice a patient will actually walk into, and the usual questions are answered before anyone has to ring to ask.

✦FREE · NO PITCH

A Google profile checklist, built from your website

Google reads your website to confirm what your profile says. We read the same page — the structured data, the hours, the phone, the map link, the reviews, the emergency line — and send back what it tells Google, check by check, plus the thirteen fields to verify on the profile itself and what good looks like for each. It arrives in this thread within a few minutes. We do not open your profile, because Google only shows it in full to the owner; if you reply, a person opens it with you and marks what is empty or wrong.

  • What your website tells Google about your practice, check by check
  • The thirteen profile fields to verify, and what good looks like for each
  • A person opens the profile with you if you reply

No sales call and no drip sequence — one email, and the checklist is yours whether we ever speak again.

?THE FAIR QUESTIONS

The things you are actually thinking.

If you have been sold this before and it did not work, these are probably the questions. The answers are the same ones we would give you on the phone.

A practice entrance seen from the street in daylight, with planters and a blank sign face

Can you guarantee this gets me into the map pack?

No, and anyone who does is guessing. Google decides which three practices sit on the map above the results, and it weighs distance alongside a stack of signals nobody outside Google sees in full. What we control is the genuinely controllable part: a complete, correct, verified, visibly active profile, defended from bad edits. We guarantee the work and show you what changed.

My last agency said they managed my profile. I never saw them do anything.

That is the common story, and it is easy to check on us. Google keeps a visible record of posts, photos and profile changes, and you hold the account, so you can open it any evening and see whether the week actually happened. On top of that you get one page a month: what we published, what we corrected, what we caught, and what Google's own numbers did.

Do I have to hand over my Google login?

No. We ask to be added as a manager on the profile, which you do from your own account in about a minute, and you stay the owner throughout. You can remove us in two clicks, and the profile, the photos, the posts and the history stay exactly where they are. If the profile is not in your name yet — a previous owner, a former agency — claiming it back is the first thing we start on. Google sets the pace on that one, and we tell you where it stands.

How much of my time does this take every month?

About twenty minutes, and none of it is homework. We draft the month's posts and send them in one batch you can approve from your phone between patients. The only things we genuinely cannot do without you are the ones only you know: hours changes, a new treatment you want listed, and a green light on photographs of your team. Everything else happens without a meeting.

When you should not buy this

If your profile is already claimed, complete, and posted to every month by someone who enjoys it, do not buy this. Ask us for the checklist and keep it in-house. If you want your business name stuffed with keywords, we are the wrong agency — that is how profiles get suspended.

?THREE SERVICES, ONE MAP · WHICH DO I ACTUALLY NEED

Three of these overlap. Here is exactly where.

Local SEO includes the profile work and the citation work, so from the outside these three can look like one service sold three times. They are not the same thing — but the difference is worth knowing before you spend anything, so here it is in plain words.

✓SO WHICH ONE

Buy the two cheaper ones — $600/mo together — when the problem is that your information is wrong or your profile looks abandoned. A duplicate listing, an old phone number, hours nobody has corrected in years, a profile with nothing posted on it: that is a repair, and these two are the repair. Buying a campaign first, when the foundations are the actual leak, is the wrong order and we will say so.

Buy Local SEO when the map is genuinely contested. Several practices near you working the same searches, and the difference decided on your own site: pages for the treatments and the areas you want, position and competitor monitoring, and a monthly call on what to do next. That is the $300/mo difference, and it is the only part the other two do not contain.

Do not buy all three at once. Local SEO already covers the profile’s map-pack signals and citation consistency, so stacking it on top of the other two is paying twice for the same work. If you later want the weekly posting or the aggregator monitoring at their full depth, add one of them then — once the campaign has shown you which. Nothing here runs on a minimum term, so there is no reason to buy ahead of the need.

✕WHAT WE WILL NOT CLAIM

The things we will not say to win the work.

Each of these is a line another agency will happily cross. Here is where we stand on it, in writing.

  • Guaranteed rankings, appointments or revenue.Nobody can honestly promise what Google or a patient will do. We guarantee the work, and you watch what moved month by month.
  • A proprietary dental platform. We build on tools you could run without us, and everything we build is yours.
  • Universal PMS or EHR integration.Integrations are possible with any practice system that exposes an API — we confirm yours on the discovery call. Here is what each system publishes today.
  • AI insurance verification or treatment-plan mining. No agent of ours reads a chart, checks a policy or suggests treatment.
  • “SOC 2” or “HIPAA compliant” as a badge. Our infrastructure runs on Google Workspace and Google Cloud under signed Business Associate Agreements. We do not call that HIPAA compliance, because no vendor honestly can.
  • Clinical or diagnostic AI.Every agent refuses clinical questions and hands to a person.
  • A client quote without written permission. The practice we photograph is credited; nothing anyone said appears here until they say in writing that it may.
  • An invented statistic.Every figure on this site is either counted from what we run, or carries the source it came from.

?GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE · GOOD QUESTIONS

Isn’t the profile a set-it-and-forget-it thing?+

It was, years ago. Today it’s a feed: posts, photos, Q&A, attributes, and public edit suggestions. Profiles that stay active tend to get seen; static ones fade.

Can’t my front desk manage it?+

They can — until the busy week when nobody does. We take the recurring work off their plate and bring the discipline of doing it every single week.

What about reviews on the profile?+

Reviews get their own dedicated service — review management — and the two work hand in hand. This service keeps everything around the reviews in shape.

What does Google Business Profile cost — and am I locked into a contract?+

It starts at $350/mo. That is a floor rather than a quote: the state of the profile on the day we take it over is what moves it most. You get the exact number flat and in writing before committing to anything, nothing runs on a minimum term, and everything we build stays yours if you ever leave. The free Blueprint comes first either way.
