Google Search & AI Answers.

Built for Google rankings. Structured for AI answers.

From $1,200/mo what moves this number →

Patients now ask two kinds of engines: Google, and AI assistants like ChatGPT. We structure your practice’s presence so both can find you, understand you, and recommend you.

No one can honestly guarantee a ranking — we guarantee the structure and the work, and report what moved.

✦THE QUIET LEAK

Why this matters now.

A growing share of “who’s a good dentist near me?” questions never touch a results page — they’re answered directly by an AI assistant. Practices whose sites are unreadable to those engines simply don’t exist in the answer. Classic SEO alone no longer covers the whole front door.

→WHAT CHANGES FOR YOUR PRACTICE

  • A site search engines rank and AI engines can cite
  • Content that answers the questions patients actually ask
  • One strategy covering Google, Maps, and AI assistants

→SEE THE ANSWER ASSEMBLE

Watch an assistant decide who to mention.

Ask it the way a patient would, then pull the answer apart line by line. Each sentence shows what it leaned on — a profile, a page, a review — and what a practice had to publish to be in there at all.

The practices and the reply are fictional: this shows how an assistant assembles an answer, not a live query or a prediction about yours.

+WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Technical SEO foundations — speed, structure, indexing
  • GEO (generative engine optimization): structured facts AI models can read and quote
  • AEO (answer engine optimization): content mapped to real patient questions
  • Schema markup for practice, services, and FAQs
  • Visibility tracking across search and AI surfaces

→HOW IT WORKS

01AUDIT

We test how engines see you today — what ranks, what’s invisible, and what AI assistants say when asked about practices like yours.

02STRUCTURE

Pages, schema, and facts rebuilt so machines parse you correctly and humans enjoy reading you.

03PUBLISH & MEASURE

A steady cadence of genuinely useful answers, tracked across search and AI surfaces.

✦WHAT YOU ACTUALLY GET

Not a retainer. A list of specific things.

A patient asks their phone for a dentist, gets one answer, and never sees the list your practice was on.

01

The questions you already answer

Your front desk answers the same questions on the phone every week. We collect them, add what patients type into Google before they book, and turn each one into a page written to answer it plainly.

02

One page, one question

Each answer page opens with the answer, in two or three sentences a machine can lift cleanly. Underneath sits the detail a nervous patient wants, and the one link that lets them book.

03

Facts stated as facts

Hours, address, phone, and the treatments you actually provide are written into each page as structured data rather than buried in prose. A machine reads them as stated facts instead of inferring them from a paragraph.

04

Fast on a real phone

We measure your site on a mid-range phone on cell data, not a desktop on office wifi. Then we cut the image weight, drop the scripts that block the first paint, and stop the layout jumping.

05

What the crawler can reach

Plenty of dental sites hide their best pages behind a script, a broken sitemap, or three near-identical versions of the same URL. We find what is unreachable or duplicated, fix it, and check that the fix held.

06

We ask the assistants

Every month we put the questions a local patient would ask to the major assistants and write down what comes back, word for word. You see whether you were named, who was, and which sources the answer leaned on.

$STARTING AT

From $1,200/mo

Flat monthly, quoted in writing before you commit. Month to month — no minimum term.

→WHAT MOVES THIS NUMBER

  • How much of your site has to be restructured before engines can read it
  • How many patient questions we write and then keep answers current for
  • Whether we are covering Google alone or the AI assistants as well

→HOW IT ACTUALLY WORKS

Four stages, and what each one costs you.

  1. 01

    A call and two logins

We spend twenty minutes on your treatment list and the areas you want patients from, then take access to your website and Search Console. If you have never had a Search Console property, we set one up in your name.

You: Forward two logins and give us twenty minutes.

  2. 02

We test how you are found

We run the searches a local patient runs, and ask the assistants the questions a local patient asks. Everything that comes back is written down verbatim, so the starting picture exists on paper before we touch anything.

    You: Nothing.

  3. 03

    Plumbing first, then the writing

Speed, crawling, duplicates and schema are fixed before anything new goes up — we will not publish onto a site engines cannot read properly. Then the answer pages are drafted for your practice and sent over in small batches you can read between patients.

You: Read each batch and correct anything clinical.

  4. 04

    Publish, watch, extend

Approved pages go live, and the searches and assistant questions get re-run on a monthly rhythm against the picture we recorded on day one. Where an answer is thin or a fact is wrong, we write the next page or chase the source.

You: Read one page a month.

✦IN DETAIL

Two kinds of engine now decide whether you are found

A patient looking for a dentist used to type into Google and scan a page of blue links. Many now ask an assistant instead, in a full sentence, and get one answer back with no list to scroll. Being invisible to that second route is a slow, quiet problem, because nothing about your Google traffic tells you it is happening.

The work is the same discipline pointed at both. Technical foundations so the site is fast, crawlable and structured. Content written around the questions patients actually ask, in language a model can lift a clean answer from. Structured data so your hours, services and location are stated as facts rather than inferred from a paragraph.

→YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

No mystery about what happens when.

You always know what stage you are at, and every stage produces something you can see.

  1. Days 1–21

    Technical pass

Speed, indexing, structure and schema fixed first, because content on a broken foundation is wasted effort.

  2. Days 22–60

    Answer coverage

We map the questions patients ask before booking and write the pages that answer them directly and honestly.

  3. Day 61 onward

    Watch and extend

We track how your practice is described by assistants and keep extending coverage where the answers are thin or wrong.

✦ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIOS · COMPOSITE, UNNAMED, NOT TESTIMONIALS

What a practice in this situation typically asks us.

Composite situations, written to show the work. No practice is named, none is quoted, nothing here is a testimonial.

A practice with no page for the treatments it does most

The treatment list and the website disagreed — four of the services the practice performs weekly had no page of their own. We wrote one page per treatment, answering the question a patient asks first, and marked each one up as a service the practice provides.

What changedThe practice now has something of its own for an engine to draw on when that treatment is asked about locally.

A rebuilt site whose treatment pages crawlers could not read

The new site rendered its content only after a script ran, so what crawlers stored was close to an empty shell. We had the pages served as plain HTML, rebuilt the sitemap, and collapsed three near-identical URLs into one.

What changedWhat search engines store for those pages now matches what patients see on them.

Assistants describing the practice with facts nobody there recognized

We asked four assistants the same set of local questions each week and wrote the replies down verbatim. Then we traced each wrong detail back to where it was published, including a directory entry the owner had never opened.

What changedThe owner could see in writing what was being said about the practice, and where each claim came from.

✦FREE · NO PITCH

The AI-readiness check: what an assistant can read off your page

AI assistants answer from what a page states plainly. We read your homepage for the checks that decide whether yours is quotable or guessed at — how it renders, the structured data, the title and whether it names your town, the description, the preview tags — and write the three questions a patient in your area would put to an assistant, ready to paste in tonight. It arrives in this thread within a few minutes. There is no transcript: an assistant's answer changes by the hour and by who is asking, so if you reply, a person runs the three questions and sends what came back.

  • The checks that decide whether an assistant can quote your page, read off your homepage
  • Three questions a patient in your area would ask an assistant, ready to paste
  • A person runs them and sends the answers if you reply

No sales call, no drip sequence — one email, and nothing further unless you ask for it.

?THE FAIR QUESTIONS

The things you are actually thinking.

If you have been sold this before and it did not work, these are probably the questions. The answers are the same ones we would give you on the phone.

A laptop and a phone side by side on a desk, one screen showing a search-bar shape, the other a chat-bubble shape

My last agency sent me a dashboard full of green arrows and my schedule never changed.

Fair. We report what is ours to report: where you sit on the searches that matter, what assistants say when asked, and how your pages behave on a phone — all measured against a baseline recorded before we touched anything. What we will not do is draw a line from a green arrow to a booking and call it credit. If visibility moves and the schedule does not, that is a conversation worth having, not a chart to hide behind.

Can you get my practice recommended by ChatGPT?

No, and be careful with anyone who says they can. There is no submission form, no placement to buy, and the models change their behavior without telling anyone. What we can do is make sure the facts about your practice are correct, structured, and published where an assistant can reach them — then show you, in writing, what the assistants say each month. Being available to be cited is the work. Being cited is not ours to sell.

Honestly, how much of my time does this cost?

Twenty minutes at the start, two logins, and then a read. The read is the part we cannot do for you: every page that touches clinical ground goes past you before it publishes, in small batches, and that is usually a coffee's worth of reading every few weeks. After that it is one page a month. If a batch sits unread the work stalls — we would rather say that now than be quietly annoyed about it later.

What happens to all of this if we stop?

It stays. The pages are on your domain, the schema is in your site's code, and the Search Console property is in your name — none of it is rented from us and none of it gets switched off. What stops is the work: the monthly checks, the new answer pages, the chasing of wrong facts. You keep everything built to that point, and you keep the reports. We would rather you leave with your site intact than stay because leaving is expensive.

When you should not buy this

Your schedule is already full and you have no plans to add chairs or hours — more visibility only helps if there is somewhere to put the patient. Or your website sits on a platform nobody will give you access to. Fix that first; we cannot structure what we cannot edit.

✕WHAT WE WILL NOT CLAIM

The things we will not say to win the work.

Each of these is a line another agency will happily cross. Here is where we stand on it, in writing.

  • Guaranteed rankings, appointments or revenue.Nobody can honestly promise what Google or a patient will do. We guarantee the work, and you watch what moved month by month.
  • A proprietary dental platform. We build on tools you could run without us, and everything we build is yours.
  • Universal PMS or EHR integration.Integrations are possible with any practice system that exposes an API — we confirm yours on the discovery call. Here is what each system publishes today.
  • AI insurance verification or treatment-plan mining. No agent of ours reads a chart, checks a policy or suggests treatment.
  • “SOC 2” or “HIPAA compliant” as a badge. Our infrastructure runs on Google Workspace and Google Cloud under signed Business Associate Agreements. We do not call that HIPAA compliance, because no vendor honestly can.
  • Clinical or diagnostic AI.Every agent refuses clinical questions and hands to a person.
  • A client quote without written permission. The practice we photograph is credited; nothing anyone said appears here until they say in writing that it may.
  • An invented statistic.Every figure on this site is either counted from what we run, or carries the source it came from.

?GOOGLE SEARCH & AI ANSWERS · GOOD QUESTIONS

What are GEO and AEO in plain words?+

GEO makes your practice legible to generative AI — so when an assistant composes an answer, your facts are available to be used. AEO shapes content around real questions so you’re the answer, not just a result. Both ride on the same honest foundation: correct, structured, useful information.

Is AI search really sending patients yet?+

It’s early but real, and it compounds: the same structure that AI engines need also strengthens classic Google rankings today. You’re not betting on the future — you’re collecting now and positioned for what’s coming.

Do you write the content?+

Yes — drafted for your practice, reviewed by you, published on your site. Everything stays yours.

What does Google Search & AI Answers cost — and am I locked into a contract?+

It starts at $1,200/mo. That is a floor rather than a quote: how much of your site has to be restructured before engines can read it is what moves it most. You get the exact number flat and in writing before committing to anything, nothing runs on a minimum term, and everything we build stays yours if you ever leave. The free Blueprint comes first either way.
