360° Virtual Tours.

Patients walk in before they ever visit.

From $900 one-time what moves this number →

Dental anxiety is real. A 360° tour on Google and your website lets a nervous patient walk your halls from their couch — and arrive already comfortable.

✦THE QUIET LEAK

Why this matters now.

For anxious patients — and there are more of them than any of us admit — the unknown is the barrier. What does it look like inside? Is it clean, calm, modern? A practice they can explore beforehand feels safe; a practice that’s a mystery stays a maybe.

→WHAT CHANGES FOR YOUR PRACTICE

  • Anxious patients arrive pre-relaxed — they’ve been here before
  • A standout profile feature most competitors don’t have
  • One more proof of a practice with nothing to hide

→WALK ONE, THEN PLAN YOURS

A real practice, open the door.

Press play and drag: this is a finished 360° tour we shot, stitched and published, embedded exactly as it would sit on your own site. Underneath it is the conversation that happens before the tripod comes out — open and close the doors and watch what would publish change.

The tour is Carmel West Dentistry, published with permission and credited beside the player. The door planner below it is a planning tool, not a capture of anybody’s practice: every tour starts with you saying which doors stay shut, and afterwards you see the whole thing before Google does — nothing reaches Street View until you say yes.

+WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Full-office 360° capture, shot for comfort and light
  • Published to Google Street View, connected to your profile
  • Embedded tour on your website
  • Highlight stills pulled for profile and social use

→HOW IT WORKS

01CAPTURE

A short session — the office empty or quiet, staged so every room shows at its best.

02PUBLISH

Live on Google Street View and your profile, embedded on your site.

03PUT TO WORK

Linked from booking pages and bios — everywhere a nervous patient hesitates.

✦WHAT YOU ACTUALLY GET

Not a retainer. A list of specific things.

A nervous patient can stand in your operatory and look at the ceiling — at eleven at night, from bed, still deciding.

01

The path, planned first.

Before the camera comes out we agree the route: front door, reception, the corridor, hygiene, the operatory a new patient will actually sit in. Which doors stay shut is your call, decided in advance rather than on the day.

02

Shot when nobody's in.

Capture is a single visit before opening or in a quiet block, and it is usually done inside half a day. No patients on camera, no rescheduling, and nothing for your team to work around.

03

Blurred where it must be.

Before anything publishes we go through it frame by frame: screens, charts, appointment boards, anything with a name on it. You see the tour before Google does, and you say yes or point at what to fix.

04

An embed that stays fast.

A 360 tour is a heavy thing to hang on a website. Ours loads only when a visitor asks for it, so the page a patient lands on stays quick on the phone they are actually holding.

05

Stills from the same shoot.

Flat images come out of the same capture — reception, the operatory, the exterior — cropped and sized for your Google profile, your website and social. One visit, two sets of assets, no second booking.

06

Findable without your website.

The tour is connected to your Google Business Profile and published to Street View, and once Google accepts it, it sits where someone is still on the map deciding — before they have clicked through to anything of yours.

$STARTING AT

From $900

One-time. Quoted flat and in writing before we book the date.

→WHAT MOVES THIS NUMBER

  • The size of the practice — scanning time scales with square footage
  • Whether the tour goes on Google Street View as well as your own site
  • Whether we shoot stills on the same visit

→HOW IT ACTUALLY WORKS

Four stages, and what each one costs you.

  1. 01

    Walk the route with you

We go through the practice, in person or on a video call, and agree the path, the order of the rooms, and the doors that stay closed. Anything shared with another tenant gets settled here rather than on the day.

You: Tell us which doors stay shut.

  2. 02

    Shoot it in one visit

The camera goes up room by room on a tripod, with the practice empty. It is one session, usually inside half a day, scheduled before opening or in a block where you are not seeing patients.

You: Leave the rooms tidy and patient information out of sight.

  3. 03

    Build, check, then publish

We stitch the capture into a walkable tour, link the rooms so a visitor can move through them, and run the blurring pass. Then you look at it, and nothing reaches Street View or your site until you say yes.

    You: One look, one yes.

  4. 04

    Put it where they hesitate

The tour goes on your Google profile, your homepage and your new-patient page — the places someone stalls before booking. Your front desk gets the link as well, for the caller who is plainly nervous.

    You: Nothing.

✦IN DETAIL

Letting an anxious patient walk in before they arrive

A meaningful number of people put off dental care because of anxiety, and a lot of that anxiety is about the unknown: what the room looks like, whether it smells like a hospital, where they will sit. A tour answers that privately, before anyone has to make a phone call.

We capture the practice in 360 and publish it both on your website and to Google Street View, so it appears where people are already looking rather than only where you send them.

→YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

No mystery about what happens when.

You always know what stage you are at, and every stage produces something you can see.

  1. Week 1

    Capture

A single visit to shoot the full walkable path through the practice.

  2. Week 2

    Build and publish

Tour assembled, linked to your profile and published to Street View, then embedded on your site.

  3. Ongoing

    Keep it true

If you redecorate or move a room, we reshoot the affected part so the tour does not become a lie.

✦ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIOS · COMPOSITE, UNNAMED, NOT TESTIMONIALS

What a practice in this situation typically asks us.

Composite situations, written to show the work. No practice is named, none is quoted, nothing here is a testimonial.

A refit finished, and the website still showed the old rooms.

We shot the new practice in a single morning before opening and published the tour to Street View and the homepage. The old interior photos came down the same week.

What changedWhat a patient sees online is now the same room they walk into.

Callers who asked questions but never quite booked.

We built the tour around the route a nervous patient actually takes — door, desk, corridor, the chair — and linked it from the new-patient page and the booking confirmation. The front desk got the link too, for callers who were clearly hesitating.

What changedA hesitant caller now has something to look at before deciding, instead of only a phone number.

A practice sharing a building with two other tenants.

We agreed the boundary before the shoot: their door, their corridor, nothing past the shared stairwell. Then we captured the practice's own space and left everything else out of frame.

What changedThe tour published cleanly the first time, with no argument afterwards about what appeared in it.

✦FREE · NO SALES CALL

The 360° shoot-prep checklist we use ourselves

One PDF: the room-by-room list we work through before a 360 shoot, including what to move, what to switch off, and what must never be in frame. It also sets out where Google's Street View rules will stop you publishing, so you know that before you book anybody to shoot anything.

  • Room-by-room tidy list, written for an operatory
  • What has to be out of frame, and why
  • Where Street View's rules bite: shared space, signage, faces

No sales call, no drip sequence — one email with the file attached, and that is the end of it.

?THE FAIR QUESTIONS

The things you are actually thinking.

If you have been sold this before and it did not work, these are probably the questions. The answers are the same ones we would give you on the phone.

A 360 camera on a tripod in a bright empty lobby

Will a virtual tour actually bring me patients?

Not on its own, and anyone telling you otherwise is guessing. A tour does one job well: it removes the unknown for the person who is anxious enough to be stalling, and it quietly signals to everyone else that you have nothing to hide. It works as part of a profile, a site and a booking path that are already doing their jobs. What we guarantee is the work, not the bookings.

What about patient privacy — could someone end up in the tour?

We shoot with the practice empty, so there is nobody there to capture. Before publishing we go frame by frame for screens, charts, appointment boards and anything with a name on it, and blur what needs blurring. You review the whole tour before it goes live and can have any part pulled. We hold that discipline carefully, but we are not your compliance counsel — your own review is the last word.

We already paid for photography. Why a tour as well?

Photographs are angles you chose. A tour is the whole room, including the corner nobody would have photographed, which is exactly why an anxious person believes it. They also live in different places: photos sit in your gallery and your profile, the tour sits inside Google Maps where someone is still deciding. If you can only do one, do the photography first. The tour is better with good pictures beside it.

What does it cost, and am I stuck with you afterwards?

Pricing is quoted flat and in writing after a discovery call, once we have seen how big the practice is and what the shoot involves. The starting figure is on this page; the one for your practice comes after we have seen it. The tour is a piece of work, not a subscription, and what we build is yours: the tour, the stills, and the Street View publication tied to your own profile. If we ever part ways, none of it needs unwiring.

When you should not buy this

If you are planning a refit within the year, wait. A tour is a promise about a room, and shooting it twice costs twice. Put the money into the space first — a tour of a room you are apologizing for helps nobody.

✕WHAT WE WILL NOT CLAIM

The things we will not say to win the work.

Each of these is a line another agency will happily cross. Here is where we stand on it, in writing.

  • Guaranteed rankings, appointments or revenue.Nobody can honestly promise what Google or a patient will do. We guarantee the work, and you watch what moved month by month.
  • A proprietary dental platform. We build on tools you could run without us, and everything we build is yours.
  • Universal PMS or EHR integration.Integrations are possible with any practice system that exposes an API — we confirm yours on the discovery call. Here is what each system publishes today.
  • AI insurance verification or treatment-plan mining. No agent of ours reads a chart, checks a policy or suggests treatment.
  • “SOC 2” or “HIPAA compliant” as a badge. Our infrastructure runs on Google Workspace and Google Cloud under signed Business Associate Agreements. We do not call that HIPAA compliance, because no vendor honestly can.
  • Clinical or diagnostic AI.Every agent refuses clinical questions and hands to a person.
  • A client quote without written permission. The practice we photograph is credited; nothing anyone said appears here until they say in writing that it may.
  • An invented statistic.Every figure on this site is either counted from what we run, or carries the source it came from.

?360° VIRTUAL TOURS · GOOD QUESTIONS

Does a tour actually matter to patients?+

For the anxious ones — enormously; seeing the space beforehand removes the biggest unknown. For everyone else it’s a quiet signal of transparency and pride in your space. It never hurts you.

How long does capture take?+

Usually under half a day, scheduled before opening or during a quiet block. No disruption to patients.

What if we renovate later?+

We re-shoot the changed areas and republish. The tour should always match the door patients walk through.

What does 360° Virtual Tours cost — and am I locked into a contract?+

It starts at $900, one-time. That is a floor rather than a quote: the size of the practice — scanning time scales with square footage is what moves it most. You get the exact number flat and in writing before committing to anything, nothing runs on a minimum term, and everything we build stays yours if you ever leave.
