Does this diagnose anything?+
No, and it never claims to. It renders a simulated preview of a brighter, more even smile from a photograph. What is actually achievable for that patient is a clinical judgement only you can make in the chair, and the disclaimer on every image says exactly that.
What happens to the patient's photo?+
The photo is sent to the image provider to produce the preview and is not published anywhere by us. We will walk through the retention and consent wording with you before launch so it matches how you already handle patient images.
Will it slow my website down?+
The widget loads on demand rather than on every page view, so a visitor who never opens it downloads almost nothing. We check your page speed before and after and show you both.
How long does a preview take?+
Usually well under a minute. When the provider queue is busy it can take longer, so the patient is offered the option of leaving an email and being sent the result instead of waiting.
What does it cost, and am I tied in?+
